INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN
Penn District offers interior architecture and design for multi-family, high-end residential, retail, and workplace. Typical design projects include a consultation, site survey, concept and visioning, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, furniture, furnishings & equipment specifications, and construction administration.
EXPERIENTIAL EVENT PRODUCTION
Penn District offers experiential event production, overseeing the development and execution of events, from conception through completion. We work closely with our clients and vendors to ideate, create, manage, and execute live, experiential events, and will provide leadership in technical and production services, event operations, and logistics.
GRAPHIC DESIGN & BRANDING
Penn District offers graphic design services, which include but are not limited to logo design, business cards, letterheads, brochures, branding, company graphic standards and guidelines, and presentation templates.
